Free Website Mockup Before Paying — Is That Real?
Most 'free' offers aren't. Here's exactly how ours works, what's actually free, and where the money shows up if you continue.

The suspicion is fair
If you've seen "free website mockup, no payment, no obligation" and immediately wondered what the catch is, that's the right instinct. Most "free" offers online aren't free — they're a discount on a 12-month contract, or a template that only works if you subscribe, or a hook into a much bigger bill. So let's explain exactly how ours works, what's actually free, and where the money shows up if you decide to go ahead. No fog.
What you actually get, for free
A real mockup of your website. Not a generic template with your logo pasted on — a designed preview of how your business could look online, built around what you do and the style you picked. It takes our team a day or three. You receive it, you look at it, and you decide. At this point, you have spent nothing and owe nothing. That's the whole "free" part, and it's genuinely free.
The reason we can do this is that the heavy lifting is done with modern AI tooling, so the cost of producing a first version is low enough that we can absorb it. The judgement on top — the design, the structure, the SEO thinking — is what you'd be paying for if you continue, and we'd rather show you that than describe it.
What happens after
If you like the mockup, we talk. We agree a price for the full site, and only then does any money change hands. We tell you the figure before you commit — nothing hidden, no auto-renewal trap, no "free trial" that quietly starts billing. If you don't like it, or you're not ready, you walk away. No follow-up sales calls, no guilt. We've had people use the mockup as a brief for another designer, and we're fine with that; the goal is that you end up with a good site, even if it's not with us.
Why we do it this way
Because the alternative is worse for everyone. The usual model is: you pay upfront, based on a portfolio of other people's sites, and hope yours turns out like theirs. That's a lot of trust to ask of a small business with a limited budget. A mockup flips it — we show you what you'd get, then you decide. The risk moves to us, where it belongs, because we're the ones asking for your business.
It also just makes the conversation easier. It's a lot simpler to say "do you want this thing you've already seen?" than "trust me, it'll be good".
The things it isn't
It isn't a full, finished, launched website for free — the mockup is a preview, not a live site on your domain. It isn't a bait-and-switch into a long contract; if you continue, you know the cost first. And it isn't a way to get your data — we use your details to build the mockup and contact you about it, nothing more, and we don't share or sell anything. (If you want the cost side in detail, that's here: how much a website costs.)
How to get yours
Pick a style below, tell us about your business — name, what you do, where, how to reach you — and we'll build the mockup and send it over. One to three business days, usually. You look, you decide. If it's a yes, we talk price. If it's a no, you've spent nothing and you have something to think with. That's the whole deal.
